Pros: Safe and nice place to store your valuables. Great customer service too! I was attended by Yosef, and I could say he's knowledgeable and very accomodating. I made online reservation, however he don't see it on their system. But he helped us throughout the process seamlessly.
Cons: a little dusty on the unit I picked and there are pipes on top of the unit that may hinder you to stack high. They don't have dollies but it was indicated on their website they have lots and only one platform cart on the side of our unit.
